Balsa Gıda Limited Company, founded by Mehmet Hadin Çakırci, began its business operations in 1995 in the Genç district of Bingöl in the jewelry sector. By always prioritizing customer satisfaction and offering reliable products, the company quickly became a well-known, trustworthy, and stable organization.

In 1997, alongside the jewelry industry, the company began supplying honey produced in the highlands of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia to domestic and international markets.

It has become the leading company that comes to mind first when it comes to honey supply in its region. It currently supplies honey to leading companies in Turkey’s honey industry.

In 2008, we secured the distribution rights for Panda Ice Cream—one of Turkey’s leading companies in the ice cream industry—for the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions.

By 2020, the company—which operates in sectors such as food and jewelry—had begun sourcing raw materials from foreign markets.
